Bridle Up Hope is a unique institution located at 1141 Watkins Lane in Alpine, Utah, United States. Our mission is to blend the healing power of horses with The 7 Habits® to create life-changing experiences for girls and women. With 57% of girls describing life as hopeless, we are determined to change that statistic. Since 2013, over 2,000 girls and women ages 12 and up have passed through our stables, with 9 in 10 considering it a "life-changing" experience.

Our vision is to partner with over 1,000 barns worldwide to bring hope to millions of girls and women. Our programs are based on three unique pillars: developing horsemanship skills, learning life skills through The 7 Habits, and building work ethic and friendships through service at the barn. Research shows that these pillars have proven benefits in building hope, confidence, and resilience.

As a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Bridle Up Hope relies on generous donations to support our programs. Currently, 65% of our participants come from low-income households and are in need of scholarship assistance.
