"This is the most unprofessional “dance” class I have ever experienced. I signed my daughter up for Spirit at Cottonwood Heights in the Fall. She kept bringing home papers saying to check your email daily and I wasn’t receiving anything. She was interested in doing their performances so I paid $160 to order her the outfit and poms. The outfit came as black stretchy pants and a t-shirt. Nothing else. About two weeks later I got an email saying if she wants to perform they need to know within 2 days! She was so excited only to find out that the days and locations of mandatory practices for the performance had been changed and were on all different days at different locations. I have reached out to get a refund in the “uniform” and the poms I have never received only to be met with arguments via email. This place is a scam with TERRIBLE communication."

"This is our daughter's second season attending Spirit productions Draper. We are very happy with the instructor's and opportunities available for the kids. Performance is optional and signup is available month to month. We would highly recommend."

"This is not a good choice if you are a busy family. Day one I was provided a 5 page document I was meant to read and sign on the spot. My daughter was excited to dance for an upcoming Halloween show so I purchased $170 of required materials her second class. She didn’t even use them for that show. Email communications were frequent, hard to read (what with all the emojis, caps, highlighting, underlining, and bold text), very unprofessional. Deadlines in these convoluted emails did not give you enough time to speak with your child in order to gauge their actual interest. When we did not communicate in time, my daughter was pulled out of the class and we were asked to decide immediately. Two weeks after a performance. During a very busy time of year for our family. Meanwhile we lost a quarter of the lesson time we paid for. I am out the money for the materials but she never enjoyed the instruction, at least I don’t have to look at one more communication from this group."
