"The establishment is really nice and clean. The movie qualify and sound was great. What I couldn’t stand is that after paying $34 for my wife and I to see a movie, they showed us 12 minutes straight of commercials (car insurance ads, pharmaceutical ads, travel ads and so on). 12 minutes straight. Mind you this was not prior to the movie time. Showtime showed 7pm. This wasn’t before 7pm. This was after the showtime. You would think at 7pm you would have a few previews and then the movie. Now ad 12 minutes of commercials, then previews and then the movie. It’s frustrating to pay to see a movie and then be forced to watch their adds."

"I absolutely love this theater. It's always clean & the atmosphere feels magical. I do wish the staff were a little more educated when it came to their online promotions for rewards points. This theater has the best variety of movies. We are huge fans of Studio Ghibli which this theater shows every anniversary. The food & service of the wait/bar/concession staff are prompt. We also love that they offer 21+ theater rooms. The arcade is very fun too. Their rewards system is awesome. They also have a deal for refillable soda & popcorn for the 2024 year which we took advantage of since we are frequent movie goers. There is an upstairs lounge area where we hang out in-between movies since we usually attend two movies. Their bathrooms are massive & beautiful as well."

"I’ve gone a few times and had a great experience each time; signed up for the regal pass. Employees have been nice, threaten has been clean. Only thing I would change is concession sign is hard to read, they don’t have a slushee machine, and the screens all seem a little dark. I’ll continue to come here."

"Bought balcony tickets online which was a mistake they don’t clean under game machines half the game room wasn’t working and the waiting bathroom area was filter as well as the walls where falling off men’s bathroom entrance went to the diner area they had and their soda nozzles where moldy so I passed on pop. Very disappointed with my experience and disgusted. Movie was great hunger games but considering the movie theater had nothing to do with it being the reason."

"Went to see Killers Of The Flower Moon. The movie is 3 hours long. Purchased Director Suit tickets top row. The movie was good the sound was good and the service in the movie was good. The seat I was in had heat for top and bottom and neither worked. Before we went in we stopped to get a beer and it took 15 minutes to get waited on with 2 bartenders and maybe 6 people getting drinks. I have been there many times and always had a great experience. This time not so much. ."
