"I don't think I've left a negative review in years or ever. Find somewhere else to get your pool supplies. Every time I have visited I've gotten conflicting information on what to do. I finally gave up when my pool was still green after 3 weeks of treating with them. I went to another pool place in the city and they helped me clear up my pool to crystal clear beauty in days. Wish I had known hundreds of dollars before, but at least we got to swim. Tonight, I needed to get my water tested and my regular place was already closed. I raced over to Leslie's and made it there 6 minutes before closing. Only problem, they locked the doors early. I checked my phone, yep still had 6 minutes until closing. I could see the cashier at the counter and tapped on the door. He looked up worded that they were closed. I motioned that I just wanted a test and he ignored me and went on with closing the register. I am again reminded why I no longer go there. Find somewhere else. I promise you can find it cheaper and with much better service!"

"This manager is awful, rude and I had nothing but trouble from this store when ordering supplies. No more business from me at this location, prefer to go back to other Leslies Pool stores. Never had any problems there for 6 Yrs."

"I have been here 2 times and when I leave I remember why I drive from Tuttle to Moore to get pool supplies. They are rude and try to sell me stuff I don't need then argue with me as to why they are right and place I bought pool and pool supplies are wrong. This time I'm really not going back!!!!!!"

"Love this store!!! The manager is awesome always friendly and very helpful, the man that works there was there last year he is awesome as well friendly and very helpful . (Not sure what his name is ) won't go anywhere else !!!! Never had a problem there ."
