"My experience at this Leslie’s on 89th has always 100% positive. The Assistant Manager, Jaime, is very confident in her knowledge about pools and Leslie’s products. 5 stars for sure."

"I ordered and paid for a new Pentair Pool pump last July. The pump was on backorder for three months. By the time it arrived I had already closed the pool down for the season. When I opened the pool this summer the new pump I had received would not run. I called Pentair and they informed me that they only warranty their pool pumps if they are installed by one of their pool professionals. Unfortunately, Leslie's is not on their list and can't service the pump. I think it is very unethical for Leslie's to sell pool pumps that put their customers in this situation. Pentair won't honor the warranty and Leslie's won't take the defective pump back. I plan on taking this up with the Oklahoma District Attorney as a case of consumer fraud. Selling items with a warranty that can never be used and Leslie's Corporate knows it is happening."

"The employee tried to help me find the filter I needed. Unfortunately they were out of the size we needed. She told me how to clean the bapistry walls at our church. She was very nice and helpful. A pleasant experience and I will return for any needed items or parts."

"I went to the one in NewCastle just because I had Pool Perk dollars to spend. I bought 2 bags of pool salt. As they loaded it into my trunk, salt was spilling everywhere. I asked for a new bag because that one clearly had a hole in it. When they lifted it back out of the trunk, it was all taped up with clear packing tape. Please stop selling damaged merchandise. It took me 30 minutes to get all of that salt vacuumed out of my trunk. The last 2 times I purchased from Leslie’s, I was sold damaged merchandise!"

"They sold me leaking acid that leaked all over my car and me on the way home then said I could not return it or get a refund. The bottom was falling out of the box when I purchased it. I believe they knew it was leaking when they sold it to me. When I called them about it the manager said, "I don't want it leaking all over my store." “It’s your problem now.” Very poor customer service. Don’t shop here! Fox Pools is way better and much nicer."
