Omega Martial Arts is a premier institution located at 597 Utah 198, Salem, Utah, United States. Specializing in a hybrid of Taekwondo, Hapkido, Self Defense, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Okinawan Weaponry, we offer a well-rounded martial arts experience for students of all ages. Our Omega Youth, Adult, and Family Programs focus on developing skills such as focus, teamwork, discipline, fitness, memory, coordination, control, and balance.
Our classes cater to a wide range of ages and experience levels. For children aged 4 to 7, we offer a specially designed program that breaks down the basics of martial arts in a fun and engaging way. Students will learn TaeKwonDo style kicks, katas, and self-defense principles while developing important life skills.
For students aged 8 and older, including adults, we offer classes split by rank and meeting twice a week for individualized instruction. Sparring classes are available for those looking to enhance their skills in combat.
Not sure if martial arts is right for you? Try our intro program, which includes 3 classes and a uniform for a great price with no commitment. We also offer specialized classes such as Black Belt Test Preparation, Weapons Class, and Rank Advancement Tests.
At Omega Martial Arts, our goal is to provide a challenging and exciting journey for all students, leading them to achieve their Black Belt and beyond. Join us at any time, as we offer open enrollment year-round at all our Utah schools.

"My son's been going here for 5 or 6 months, and I actually started up about a month and a half ago in order to 1) spend more time with him and 2) get myself back into shape and 3) because I kind of miss this stuff from when I was a kid. When I was a kid 20 years ago I took martial arts from another studio (one of those national chains) that charged more than Omega does, and so far I'm more impressed by Omega's structure and curriculum vs. where I used to train as a kid. These guys do a great job and take their roles as instructors very seriously. There's a steady progression through the belt ranks (and visible marks you get on your belts in between, which is nice). It's mostly kid students which is pretty typical but there are a few other adult students as well. I'm looking forward to learning more and increasing my abilities as my son and I work our way towards black belt and beyond."
