"I want to say that when you go into West Valley down near Granger high school, staff is very friendly. The gym is very clean the members that work out there are very kind. It’s a very good experience at West Valley. I Enjoy the environment at West Valley vasa they deserve a five star review for their cleanliness And kind staff"

"Vasa is by far most disgusting gym out there. I tried 5 different locations this month. They DO NOT clean their showers or bathrooms. The same soap scum, wads of hair, etc have been on the floor and walls of the shower and in the sink drains all month. The other day there was streaks of feces on one of the changing benches that was there 2 days in a row! When I brought this to their attention on cancelling, the employee wasn’t at all surprised and simply said “We don’t have the staff we used to” These gyms are packed daily making plenty of money. There’s no excuse for this, someone is going to get sick. I’m debating going to the health department with the photos and videos I have… On top of that, it’s over crowded, equipment is worn out and broken, they simply don’t care about their facility. Oh and btw they charge you to cancel even with a valid reason. Avoid this chain if possible."

"Gym is nice. Decent equipment. My only complaint as with every vasa I’ve been to is that the pool area attire rules are never followed. It’s disgusting to walk around the pool area and go into sauna when everyone goes in wearing their gross gym and outside shoes. Never go barefoot or you’ll get some kinda disease."

"Great gym! Was traveling on business, and this gym is part of the network of fitness organizations that allows me access. It's so great to be able to go to a real gym instead of the lousy hotel "workout room." This place really has everything; machines, free weights, cardio, functional fitness area, pool, sauna, steam. The facility is very large, and even though it was pretty full on the nights I worked out, I was always able to find a station that was free. George at the front desk was awesome! Even had an opportunity to meet his mother! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Vasa Fitness!"

"These centers, no matter which one you go to, all are falling apart. Showers are out of soap or missing the dispensers all together, any one of the amenities are out at any given time, locker room is dirty and run down, so many machines are out of order, and it just seems that they don't even care about it. Close to canceling my membership and going somewhere else that is better taken care of."
