"Good place for a quick pump, a lot of cardio machines, unfortunate about the steam room not being in service but other than that it’s pretty normal gym."

"I have been working out in the gym for 2 years. Their staff is very friendly. The gym is very clean. I like people who go to this gym as well. The people who go there in the morning, are very proactive and hard working. They can give you good advice for your life as well!"

"This place was the best, years ago. It was open 24 hours and I would visit late in the evening for the sauna and steam rooms. Those are closed permanently now. Such a bummer. If they would just open thw sauna and steam rooms, I would come back. I can handle it not being 24 hours. I won't come back until they reopen the sauna and steam room. I think a lot of people came just for that. It would be a wise business move. Just saying."

"First and last experience with Golds Gym. Apparently, they do not offer monthly passes even though I was told at one location twice that I could do a month pass. Since I was in OKC with my husband who had a heart transplant and needed a place to lift. Would not recommend using this place."

"Overall the facility is clean and doesn’t smell, however I really hate that I have a contract with them. They are not so pleasant to African American people they are rude. For instance me and my fiancé went (only black people there) we went to one side of them and every last one of them packed there stuff either left or went to the other side of the gym… also we where watched the whole time we where there. Not all black people are thugs and it made us very uncomfortable.. I haven’t been back since.. I would really like to cancel membership and find some where I would be comfortable"
