"UPDATE: The company called me and resolved all of my concerns very quickly. I appreciate the communication this company has had with me over the last few days, they have gone above and beyond to help! Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. I paid for pool school last year, didn’t learn anything other than what chemicals are and then the person who taught me got fired, didn’t get my money back. I’m still waiting since March of this year for someone to show up and help me with my pool. I’ve called & gone into the durant location and talked to the lady at the desk to help me get someone here and I’ve heard nothing, it’s now end it of July.. The 1 star is for the company, the lady that works in store at the durant location, she deserves all 5 but the company itself deserves none of it. I’ve never left a bad review before…"

"I was dealing with another Pool company here in Durant, Oklahoma, it started off well but then had to beg for Customer service to fix pool.( never happened).Then we found Crystal pools off main st Durant, what an amazing change, not only do they care about customer service they were able to fix the problem. I have set up weekly service to clean our beautiful pool. I totally give them a 5 star rating, when we as customers speak they listen. We are very pleased with Kaithlyn and her crew that stand behind this company. I would recommend this company to anyone"
