"Very very poor customer service!!! They told me to contact customer service to fix the price of the pump which was $600 over what was priced when I ordered it. Could have resolved it at the store level per costumer service, 2 calls later to them still no go. So we go back to return the pump and the guy at the store even stated he could call the Regional manager in Allen TX. he would fix it but he wasn’t going to do that. I said well I won’t be back, his exact words were ( I don’t care ). Customer service starts at the top and the company as a whole does not care about the customer. Really disappointed all the way around with this company."

"This store and the people that work there recommended Polaris VRX IQ+ Pool Cleaner and said they have not had any problems with this particular $2000 pool cleaner. DO NOT believe this as the one we bought only cleans 2/3 of the pool. Buyer beware and do not believe what these people tell you. Terrible advice and service. Will not use again."

"Please be careful before you buy anything from them. They do not stand behind the products they sell. We bought a Polaris Robotic pool sweep from them in April with a two year warranty. It quit working in June. They said they do not do warranty work and you have to call Polaris. (We tried to contact Polaris. Wait time on the phone was 78 minutes so sent them an email and auto response said they would contact us in 48-72 hours. It has been 8 days and no response.). Have contacted other Leslie Pool places and they will do warranty work. The place in Ardmore says their district manager told them are not to do warranty work. I would suggest shopping somewhere else."
