"Dr Cyrus is the best doctor in the world. He listens to you and explains everything that needs to be done. He was the doctor on call 16 1/2 years ago when my son was born and my daughter 3 years after that so 13 1/2 years ago and we have been with him since. His office staff is very friendly and helpful even though naomi is no longer with them."

They take forever to see you during your appointment time (I was scheduled 3:15 and left at 4 40pm) and instead of an apology you are told “we are running behind” but it’s like that every single visit. You see a different person each time but you rarely ever see Dr. Cyrus, I can count on one hand in 3 years when I saw him. My son has had many ear infections and wasn’t given the option to see an ENT. You can rarely get same day visits and Fridays are booked out majority of the time."

"My daughter it’s needing a referral for a specialist since Friday. It’s Tuesday, and still the time they don’t been able to do it. They’re giving me different excuses, and front desk lady having a really bad attitude. Plus always take them an eternity to see my kids when we are at the office and is always a different Dr."

"Dr. Cyrus started out as our pediatrician. The ladies up front are very careless and do not have general manners. They scheduled a visit for my son, and never informed me that we were not seeing Dr Cyrus. I didn't even know they had other doctors there. Apparently, they are new hires and VERY new in general....right out of med school. That should have been made clear up front. In addition, the Dr. they scheduled us with did not even take our insurance, so I had to deal with that mess. Second, I took my son in again weeks later. I requested to see a different Dr. for a different opinion, and once again a very young girl walked in. And just like before, they refused to treat him saying he had allergies. He had a horrible cough keeping him awake all night. This was no allergic cough. I felt like all she did was look at the chart and just said there isn't anything we can do. He didn't get a full checking. The two appointments were weeks apart and the allergy treatment they gave him wasn't working. So I called for the third time, letting them know it still wasn't working and that I could not keep taking off work, and they refused to do anything over the phone. After a month went by my son ended up in Urgent Care diagnosed with 4 different conditions, two of them were FINALLY treated with antibiotics and cleared up. One of them is a skin condition that only happens when your immune system is low. I truly feel had they treated him correctly in the first place he would not have this condition which is now all over his face and body. We now have dermatologist visits and new medicine. Think twice before you take your kids here. The staff is not friendly and the doctors are too new."
