"We had our fist visit with Dr. Hayden for my daughters well child visit. Being at a new place she was so scared and upset . However within minutes the staff and doctor had her smiling and made here feel right at home. Every one we interacted with was kind and welcoming. Dr. Hayden is very professional but still makes you feel right at home, you can tell right away she has a passion for kids. Highly recommend."

"Dr Daley and Dr Hayden were knowledgeable and professional when we took our first baby to them from birth to about 9 months. However, we stopped taking her to Utica pediatrics because the receptionist that was always at the front desk making appointments and taking payment was very unfriendly. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience bringing my sick child to see the doctor and was never very kind or professional when I asked her questions. We liked the doctors alright but this was a deal breaker for us as it made us stressed when we had to take our baby girl in for routine check ups or if she was ill. As the face of the office, especially interacting with babies, toddlers, and children, a receptionist should be welcoming, friendly, professional, and put people at ease when dealing with a stressful situation. This was not our experience."

"Dr. Hayden is one of the rare ones. She cares so much about her patients and doesn’t make you feel judged as a parent for doing what you think is best for your child. She makes you feel heard and is always there for help when you need it. Could not recommend her enough. We’ve felt so much better since coming here versus our previous pediatricians."

"I’m so incredibly thankful for Dr. Hayden and the staff at Utica Pediatrics. They have always been willing to work my sick toddler into their busy schedules and have never made me feel like it’s an inconvenience. My toddler out of nowhere projectile vomited in the lobby and everyone was super sweet to him and me to get it cleaned up. When my son was a newborn and very sick Dr. Hayden texted to make sure he was doing well the next morning.
