"Dr. Lee is amazing, hands down. Incredibly nice to the children and the parents. Therefore, he is a VERY busy man. It's nearly impossible to get seen within 1-2 weeks. We've only had to reschedule once, but they couldn't get us in again for nearly 2 months! That's unfortunate, but great kid's doctors and dentists are hard to find. I've never had ANY problems with the office staff. They might not be overly bubbly, but they've never been rude and they're always nice on the phone and in person."
"Dr. Lee gets 5 stars just for how well he handles kids, and their fears. My 8 year old had to have caps put on, and today she had to have a baby tooth pulled. BTW, since I couldn't find anywhere that answered this question, YES, they use the laughing gas, along with a novicaine shot, and sunglasses to keep the light out of their eyes, while they can watch a movie on the ceiling. My daughter trusts him so well that when we offered to take her elsewhere if they didn't use laughing gas, she refused. She really trusts him, and he's a very sweet guy. He talks a lil funny, but she even likes that about him;) I saw the other reviews about the lady at the desk, and that part is right. She acts like you're bothering her by being there, and she's never been friendly AT ALL, but the nurses aren't so bad, and Dr. Lee is SO WORTH it. Wait times are pretty long some days, so GO EARLY, but still, it's worth it for such an awesome dentist who cares about your child, and puts their mind at ease. My daughter is scared of EVERYTHING, and she said she'd do it again tomorrow if she had to! Dr. Lee gets 5 stars, the office is about 3 1/2 stars bc it's not horrible, the desk lady gets 0 stars, the assistant gets 4 stars. Also, I love the little toys they have in the back, both to play with, and to give them for doing a good job."
