"Dr. West is professional and thorough. I’ve been seeing him for a little over a year. While in the office everything goes smoothly, but the after care is not great. In every occasion that I’ve visited, I had to hound the office for test results even though I’ve been told on all occasions that they will get results to me. The results are found in my patient profile online faster. Since this info is available, the office has no excuse for not contacting me to discuss results. In two occasions I have called and requested to talk to someone and they don’t return the call. I have been sick for days and have called the office several times with only one reply four days after an xray in which they gave me results that they told me I would receive the same day I was seen. It’s frustrating when you want to trust the treatment team, but you don’t have faith that they will provide the answers you need when you’re sick."
