"I am re-reviewing based on my experience today. I will leave my previous review below. I am a working mom and scheduled time off of work to bring my daughter in for a follow up appointment and to have a form filled our for preschool. I was running late because I couldn't turn left at Kelly due to construction and accidentally turned down a dead end trying to find an alternate route. I called the office to tell them we were running late and thatt we didn't have masks because I was vaccinated and stopped wearing them. they said they have masks and that we had 3 minutes to get there.. I was a mile away and got there in 3 minutes. When I went to check in they said unfortunately I had to reschedule. My baby was there for a follow up for a wound that wouldn't heal for the past 2 months and multiple bouts of vomiting a weird colored diarrhea for the last 2 weeks. Besides that she was looking forward to going to the doc and now I'm in the car with a crying toddler carrying on about how she needs to see her nurse and her doctor. Turning sick children away for being 15 minutes late is not good practice, especially when it took me an hour to get there and 2 hours of time off of work. Despite how much I have liked Dr.Olay in the past, we will be switching after being told we had 3 minutes to get there, arriving in those 3 minutes and then being turned away disappointed toddler in tow. Dr. Olay is very gentle with my baby and very thorough in her work. Her nurse is very nice and efficient in her work as well."
"We love Dr. Olay. She is my 4yr old's pediatrician and now my 5mo old as well. She's very patient and her staff is great. Never had any issues with appointment times or anything. She has always been available."
"After 9 years with Sabrina Olay we were forced to find a different pediatrician for our two children due to her office staff's poor management of her schedule. On 3+ occassions I was turned away for same day care for my infant child and instructed to go to urgent care because Dr. Olay's schedule was already full when I called when they opened at 8:30am. It's standard practice to leave a handful of openings for last minute emergencies. If you're looking for a pediatrician that you can partner with and trust with the care of your children then I strongly consider you to seek alternate options then Sabrina Olay."
