"Horrible and sloppy! Called a couple months ago to get my two year olds shots and they had me come in that day, I get there and they told me she wasn’t ready. It was to early. Two months later I call to go in for the shots and they tell me to head on in. I get there and they let me know that they were out of the shots. They should be pulling peoples charts when they call and double checking theses things. If the back office is out of something they should relay it to the front."
"Dr. Loveless and her team are great! Is witched my kids to this clinic a year ago and they have been nothing but the best! Same day sick visits work great when you have a sick kid! Thanks guys! ☺️"
"I feel like after 9 years I can write an honest review. In the beginning, Trinity was amazing but over the years the level of care has been depleted. She doesn't listen to concerns and rushes you through. My oldest has been on ADHD medication for years and routinely visited until COVID hit, but made his last appointment in September and had a follow-up scheduled for December 30th. I called today for a refill and was given the run around about him needing to be seen in what I can honestly say is a money grab. Then I was made to feel like we hadn't been regularly making his visits which is completely untrue. I will not be back nor will my 3 kids."
"My son has a rare disease and I wanted to get second opinions and see if maybe a different doctor had more experience with it. When I tried to make another appointment with loveless, since I hadn’t found a new doctor that might have more knowledge with his disease, I was told they would no longer accept me since they only want patients who are “loyal” to them. I was just trying to do what is best for my son and I got stuck with having no doctor for him."
