It is my opinion however, that Dr. Bowen is a very patient and kind pediatrician. My family adores her; she’s been very understanding and kind to us with our concerns and choices. I’ve found her to be very thorough. She takes time to answer all of our questions. She’s not unreasonable, and loves to see children and families thrive. I believe her to be a genuine, loving person, and doctor. You would be blessed to have Dr. Dina Bowen in your life."

"My family's experience at Dr. Dina Bowen's office was nothing short of a nightmare. Since our daughter's birth in 2020, we trusted Dr. Bowen with her care, but our recent encounter was beyond disappointing. Despite multiple visits detailing our daughter's severe symptoms over several months, including relentless coughing and fever, our concerns were callously dismissed. When we suggested exploring alternative options, Dr. Bowen responded dismissively, insinuating that the cost of tests was more important than addressing our genuine concerns. Things took a shocking turn when, in response to our insistence on relevant tests, Dr. Bowen made a disturbing statement, attempting to physically handle our daughter and mentioning torture. This behavior was both inexcusable and threatening, especially considering our child's vulnerable state. To make matters worse, Dr. Bowen physically acted like she was retrieving tools for the aforementioned torture, escalating the distress. The unprofessional and threatening behavior continued even as we swiftly removed our daughter from the situation. Post-incident, when we sought to conclude the appointment and obtain our daughter's medical records, Dr. Bowen mentioned a prolonged wait and attempted to charge us. When we offered to pay, we were informed they couldn't provide the records at that time, raising serious concerns about professionalism and ethics in Dr. Bowen's office."

She went out of her way to make sure we had a bilirubin light and even called us over the holiday weekend to check on our child! She is a kind and caring doctor that we will always come back to until our child turn 18!"
