"My husband went in the beginning of May to see if they installed pool liners. We were told they didn’t. So, he asked if they knew of anyone who did install pool liners. My husband was told that they would not give him any information unless he bought the pool liner from them. We let it go, and figured it was so weird policy or just small town business. We stopped by today to have our water tested and it now costs $3 each time ti gave your water tested unless you make a chemical purchase. I’d say it’s much more than just small town business. More like money hungry? We will spend the $3 in gas to drive to Owasso from now on."

"Was told multiple times that they would come out to perform a service. They never showed up. Very disappointing experience. I live 35 minutes from their location. They finally told me that that was too far after 2 years… I had even offered to pay them extra for their “inconvenience” since it was so far away! They have no problem taking our money when we bring our water in and get it tested and sell us chemicals!"
