"Staff are rude. They monitor what you wear, and instead of coming to you as an adult to discuss the matter, they stare you down and passive aggressively tell you what you can’t wear. There are limited resources available. I don’t know who’s in charge, but they need to have a staff meeting and go over what customer service means. I shouldn’t have to drive to Tandy just to receive good customer service. Sad what this location has become. I haven’t met one individual with an ounce of empathy in their body. Disappointed to say the least."

"My family loves spending time together at the swimming pool. My 8 year old and his friend have improved their swimming with kind guidance of the lifeguards. The staff are so pleasant and helpful and we’re looking forward to checking out the other offerings at Hutcherson YMCA."
