"I have had great experiences with this office. I had a crown done elsewhere that was still causing pain and sensitivity over a year later. This office was able to get me in fairly quickly and I haven’t had anymore issues with the crown. I had a routine appointment and they found a cavity, got me scheduled to come back and it was so fast! Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them!"

"Terrible patient service from the receptionists. After getting a large bill for extensive dental work they refused payment plan options and said either “pay all now or be sent to collections.” I’ve never heard of this before. Not everyone has the ability to do this, so how do they keep business?! Even after making the full payment, they sent another bill months later. (Even addressed to me as the patient and I’m not even the patient, my spouse is!) with hardly any info on the bill, it just said “insurance pulled funds” with literally nothing else. I called my insurance to find out Gordon Dental billed it wrong and didn’t include any visit notes. When calling Gordon the past few months they seemed unorganized, uneducated, and rude. I’ll be calling them to complain yet again. (I gave an extra star because we have no issues with the doctor himself.) I’ve worked in dental (billing too) and know they’re processing this wrong. We will not be returning."

"Dr Gordon is fabulous. I have had dental problems my whole life and moved here from Seattle. I found him randomly and he has been the absolute best dentist I’ve ever had work on my teeth. I’ve had major work done including an implant today and I am so thankful to him. He is the most caring, patient and awesome dentist. I recommend him to everyone!
