I've called three times to have my sons prescription sent to our mail in order pharmacy and told her all the info and she keeps sending to Walgreens. Even had the company mail order call and request the refill and she still sent it to Walgreens. These secretary's obviously need to pay attention to what is being asked of them instead of what drinks they want from Wayne's. This is how you lose patients."
