Shannan and her incredible staff gave attention to every little detail, while listening to any of our wants or concerns. They were engaged throughout the entire process, and with great enthusiasm. It felt like they were genuinely celebrating our players with us, and wanting them to have a memorable night. I was floored by all of the supplies available to use, and after having looked at MANY other places, the price and flexibility of the space were spot on. Would absolutely recommend this place and the incredible leadership in a heartbeat!! So glad to have a beautiful facility like this in the area!"

"Had a great party with the help of the Countdown Event Center Crew! Shannan was very responsive and easy to work with. I'm not much of a decorator myself, so I had the crew bring my party to life with a few inspiration photos and my budget in mind. The location was clean, well decorated and came with great amenities, like a kitchen, a dressing room, surround sound, flat screens, etc."
