"Best pool store around! We were having issues with algae and getting the water to clear up. The employee’s here really know what they are doing! They talked with us for about 30 minutes explaining exactly what the issues was and how to fix it. We now have a clean clear pool! We will continue to drive out of our way to this store anytime we need pool help or to have our water tested."

"We bought both our pool and hot tub from Leisure Time. We decided to replace our liner in the pool this year. We called and ordered a new liner, skimmer, etc., in early March before the summer rush and they promised a quick install. Over a month has gone by with zero communication provided by Leisure Time. I have had to call Jenny myself three times and always get a promise of “soon”. Today, I was told the installer they use cannot get to me until May. Well beyond pool opening time. She gave me several installers to call and schedule on my own. This may be the last time we do any business with LT. We have had great luck with Galaxy on other installs, using professional ticketing and tracking systems."

"These are my new FAVORITE pool guys!! I needed a filter valve assembly and they were the ONLY ones in town to have it in stock AND they were 30% less expensive than the big chain store. Not only that, but I had bought the wrong part on Amazon, and waited too long and couldn't return it...but these guys let me "sell" it to them as a credit towards the one I needed. Talk about fantastic customer service!!"
