"The library is spotless and encourages you to study. What I like the most is that some stations have two monitors. This means you can have your class open on one screen and take notes in Word on the other, which makes learning much easier. Another example is when they allow you to take an open-book quiz. You can have the quiz on one screen and the textbook in PDF on the other. A third example that has worked well for me is when you need to write essays using information from books. You can gather information and paraphrase while taking notes on the second screen. This environment really encourages studying. It's very quiet, and what's more interesting is that not many students use this library at the moment. In the late hours of the night, there have been times when only a couple of students are in the building. Apparently, students aren't utilizing this impeccable facility. Moreover, the library boasts amenities such as whiteboards, study rooms, a laser plastic printer, and big screens within the study rooms. This setup allows for collaborative topic preparation, with teams able to comfortably gather in a conference room, which can be reserved using your WSU email. The only thing I would like is for them to extend the hours, like major universities do, perhaps until midnight, so those of us who study and work have time to use these facilities after work. Hopefully, someone who can implement this extension of hours will consider it at some point. I believe Weber is on its way to becoming a highly important institution in higher education in the state, and its library and operating hours should reflect that. What do you think?"
"They have a huge selection of books, as well as desk spots where students can work in privacy or spots to work together.. as well as access to really nice computers that you just need a Weber login to use"
"Nice and quiet. Great place to study. It’s big, so you can usually find a quiet spot to set up."
"I attended Weber State before the renovations took place. The changes made have made The library a very conducive environment to study. The group study rooms are great. It’s very clean and professional look is impressive and the staff is very helpful."
"This is a great place to study and do research. It's very clean and very quiet. Weber State has done a great job at making their campus professional and upscale. The Stewart Library definitely reflects that idea. I even came here to do group studies and projects while I was a grad student at the University of Utah (because I lived in Roy, so it was much closer). Definitely a place I would recommend college students to utilize more."
