"Receptionist and nurse were great! Pediatrician was amazingly AWFUL. My child was with a fever for four days already. He checked her ear and said was nothing. I took my child next day to her primary doctor and found an EAR INFECTION. Why to work as doctors/pediatricians here if they hate it?"
"Great experience with our 7 year old! A popsicle while he waited, thorough and knowledgeable staff, nice facility. Would definitely visit again."
"One star is too many! I shouldn't be surprised since it is an IHC facility. I was there waiting for nearly 2 hours to talk to the pediatrician for 5 min! I watched kids who checked in after us go back and leave before we were even called back. Went there purely because I didn't have any other options. Next time, if there is a next time, I will gladly drive all the way back home to Davis county rather than go here again!! Please avoid for yours and your child's sake!"
"Dr. Valentine and her nurse Kristin were great. They took the time to educate me about my daughter’s illness which I really appreciated. We have had several good experiences on both the adult and child sides of this Instacare and know that the providers try to always give evidence-based care."
"Biggest mistake I made was going to an instacare. I should have just waited for my primary care doctor. Also, I used call ahead, don't bother. It did nothing for my time. We were there for at total of two hours and twenty five minutes. Over an hour in a room waiting for a so called dr. You cannot leave a two year old in a room for that long. It was not crowded. I went for a simple strep test. This was never even done. I have one star because the 5 minutes with a nurse was great. She was 5 stars."
