"Mari did an excellent job fitting my grandkids and ordering other shoes we needed. The store was crazy when we were there. Mari was dealing with 5 people at the same time. She definitely good a multitasking. I couldn't do her job. Employees like this are hard to find."

"I was originally going to exchange an online order where I was sent the wrong item, unfortunately they didn't have the item I wanted anymore. They went to the trouble of checking other stores for me and sadly it wasn't anywhere in a 100 mile radius. The employee helping me was superb. She was very empathetic and kind, even tried to contact the store that shipped me the wrong item to find out how they were going to fix it. They were still not open because of covid-19. I ended up just settling for a refund, but I was satisfied with how my situation was handled."
