"I do the online and pick up ordering and I haven't had a wrong order yet and I've been doing it for years now. I love being able to pull up let them know I'm there and they are always very quick to bring it out! The new bacon cheddar cheese sticks are awesome with these on the menu who needs pizza lol."

"Went to the buffet as we were glad to hear it was back. We were really disappointed. We got there at 6:30pm, there was very little pizza on the buffet and none was brought out. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, and when we requested Back Yard BBQ Chicken she submitted the request. It was not brought out. When she realized it hadn't been brought, she told Gabby, who is apparently the manager. Gabby came over and gave us an attitude filled explanation, said new pizza was brought while we were there, which was not true. Then she admitted something had gone wrong with the request for the Backyard BBQ Chicken and said she would remake it. It finally got made, but was not made correctly and was not any good. The waitress gave us a discount, which we much appreciated, and she apologized several times. She was the only one who tried to provide good service. We were very disappointed and sorry we went there for dinner."

"I ordered two pizzas for pick up. They were pulling them out of the oven when I got there. Both thin crust and 100% Pizzalicious!"

"7-17-23 pizza hut melts here suck $7 for bread and what little is put in there. Very Disappointed on this visit. Prior visits I've been going here for years and food, salad, and pizza is always been good. ... I'll keep coming back. These pizza hut melts made aren't worth $3. Buy a great pizza for what 2 melts are worth. May be this is what they are supposed to be if so way overpriced."

"Very busy tonight! I got here around 5:45 and then when about 6:00 hit they were telling everyone after me an hour wait for pizza. The ended up getting the pizzas out a little quicker than that. Overall great quality in the food. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the girl that was my waitress forgot my drink and forgot when I had asked to bring me cheese and peppers so I had to go up to the counter both times. She was very apologetic and she was very busy so I understand the forgetfulness. Over all I highly recommend them! So friendly and you will enjoy the small town feel in a big franchise name!"
