"Charged me $75 to test my kid for dyslexia of to tell me after all the testing and very confusing emails that they cannot diagnose dyslexia. But they would love to charge me well over $300/mo for tutoring. Transparency would be amazing. I was very clear about what I was looking for and what my kid needed. They very much misled us, wasted our time, and were a little manipulative."
