Pizza Hut

"12/23/23. Another year another rude Sonia. Last year was the same except last year we exchanged in a very heated argument because she was very rude told me she was the owner (which later found out was a lie) and could do whatever she wanted. So I called her DM. This year ordered a pizza for my mom’s birthday for delivery at 12 noon which is when the web site states the start delivery.and it’s a Saturday they don’t deliver until 4 (well 4:30 ish she said depending on when the drivers show up). We have news up getting into it again because she said I kept talking over her because I’m a man and she’s a women. Really no your just rude and don’t know when to stop talking so someone can say something. She told me she would not deliver for me period. I also see I several reviews where she is like this with other customers. BTW SHE CLAIMS SHE IS THE OWNER ITS A LIE SHE IS JUST A MANAGER AND A POOR ONE AT THAT! 12/23/22 The manger Sonia need to learn how to be kind to customers. The ones that help pay her bills. Her employees are always super nice. She on the other hand is super rude. I’ve been ordering pizza there for years and had ordered a pizza for my mom for her birthday and it shows on their on their Internet page that they start delivery at 12 o’clock. She called me very rude and said that they couldn’t deliver at that time never offered it any other time or anything, and when I called her out on it told her how rude she was she got really irate about it. Never again. This is why you have such poor ratings. Another year another rude Sonia 12/23/23 Daniel on the other hand super nice."

"We order pizza from a lot of different restaurants. I have been very pleased with the quality, flavor, and service at the Marlow Pizza Hut over the past year or so. My family chooses different things from the menu, and they have all been excellent. We order from this restaurant several times each month, and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend them."

"My pizza tasted great, but one lady was unbelievably rude. I went in September 8, the younger girl that was working was very nice and pleasant. There was a middle aged lady that was beyond rude. I asked her a question when she greeted me and she wouldn’t answer me, but the young girl did. When I asked for a fork the middle aged lady was mad that I asked for one."

"Called in today for delivery. It takes me about 3 minutes to drive, but requires I pack up 3 under 6 to pick it up. They said they don't deliver to my house..... Food was ready when I got there and was mostly correct. Staff was friendly. Getting home and seeing the very small portion of toppings on both of my THREE topping pizzas wasn't great. Getting strips of ham instead of Canadian bacon on my Hawaiian pizza wasn't great. It drastically changed the overall taste. I can't image what one topping would have looked like with so little toppings. It tasted as good as fast food pizza does. -2 stars for no delivery and very little (and partially incorrect) toppings applied."

"My online order was inadvertently sent to another location but the staff at the Pizza Hut in Marlow went out of their way... above and beyond to make it right for me. great staff great pizza!"
