"If I could give this place negative stars I would! This place should just close the doors. Save your money and don’t waste your time ordering anything you think you are going to get. The pizza is horrible, the customer service is horrible and they just plain suck! Spend your money supporting a local business instead of a corporation. Every time we have tried to order something it’s been a fiasco, just don’t! It’s pizza and they can’t seem to get it together. We as a community have very limited choices on food options that are take out let alone delivery and this will never be an option for our household again. OVERPRICED GARBAGE!!!!!!!CLOSE THE DOORS !!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
"There was no spinach on my pasta bowl and very little sauce. In fact it was very small and space. Not satisfying at all. And whi puts green peppers on a spinach pasta?"
"Best store to order your pizzas from! Always perfectly cooked and the service is amazing. Only Domino's store I've found that each employee genuinely seems happy you're there and welcomes you with a huge smile ."
"I just can't with this place any more! The last two times we've ordered from here I got their "That delivery was not what we hoped it would be" email...yeah well guess what? Wasn't what we hoped it would be either and I have very low standards for Domino's. Here's a quick run down of our night: Order placed at 5:31, called at 6:15 was told order was not in box and driver was gone so it must be on it's way. Called at 6:33, spoke to manager was informed pizza was just now going in oven because they are made first come first serve so the order would be hot upon delivery (which it was not!). She said the order would arrive in 15 minutes, 30 minutes later it finally arrived, luke warm at best. We live 12 minutes from the store. Order was also missing the garlic butter dips we paid for and the pizza slices were cut very unevenly, which they always are at this place. When I called after the pizza was delivered I was told they had no idea when the owner would be in, that's a big red flag right there. So I asked to speak with the manager, AGAIN, she said just a minute and promptly hung up on me. When I order food I do not want to wait one and a half hours to get it, that is completely unacceptable. No more oops emails, get it together! Because if you don't, in a small town like Whitewright/Tom Bean this place will become just another closed up pizza shop. Locals remember and we will stop ordering from you! So, to the owner, drive yourself up here from McKinney and take care of your business!!"
"Update: still just as bad, see the attached images. I recently visited this location during soft opening. I was rather dissatisfied with the customer service and how an issue was handled when I presented it to the staff. I attempted to resolve the issue multiple ways and in the end I left agitated and no longer a customer of Domino's. While I could handle the issue if it was only trainees the district manager was supposedly there and a part of the problem. Rather than working to resolve the issue I was greeted with aggressive staff and no work towards a resolution. This location has a lot of work if it will survive in our town. I hope they can move past the customer service issue and get to work on the quality issues. The food I was served didn't meet the muster and was over cooked, over sauced, and shorted on cheese. Not sure of the other items as I had to leave them all in order to get a refund for the one item I never received since they apparently cannot handle doing a partial return on a cash purchase. So to solve it they got to do a full return. The location is ok and can be seen from the road but if your coming from the East on 11 it'll be hard to spot at first. Parking is ok but some spots are smaller than they should be and the drive isn't wide enough to help with this issue leaving you making tight or multi point turns. The location is not accessible friendly due to the handicap parking area having too steep of an incline leading to the sidewalk, they made the angle to steep in the parking close to the store. The drive through area for carry out is too narrow and the turns around the building too tight so be careful if you drive a full size SUV, van, or truck. Especially on exit if the parking is decently full. Lighting and signgnage is good and you can see what it is easily. The access to the store is not good as it shares a driveway with the grocery store and when they ran utilities for the store they tore up that driveway. Then improperly repaired it after. Slow way down turning in and you won't lose your suspension. Be careful turning in or out as traffic for highway 11 is fast and needs a traffic light in place of the flashing lights to slow it down and make it safe for this location. Staff in not very professional but they are hopefully training to solve that as both customer service and staff appearance was lacking heavily. Dirty shorts and shirts, shoes, etc in a cook and prep area in contact with food. Multiple people handling money, office supplies, and other tasks without washing hands before handling food. At the time of my visit it was only cash no credit and no online ordering or delivery. Computer systems appeared to be down as well. Taking orders on paper and losing papers which is what led to the initial issue of missing one of my items. Overall disorganized, poorly managed, no real leadership or guidance with any staff, and failure to provide a quality product and experience. Just opening excuses the poor quality in food but the poor quality in service is related directly to the staff hired. The only friendly person was the young teenager who took my initial order."
