"This was a fantastic experience. My girlfriend & I both did the Zion Night Photography class/event & have zero regrets. Seth is an excellent instructor who took time with each of us in the group (4) to make sure we had the right camera setups, answer questions, & make the experience enjoyable. There were no strenuous hikes involved, we moved about on easy trails only a few hundred yards from the parking lot (tennis shoes would be fine). All you really needed to carry was your camera gear, something to drink (if you wanted), & weather appropriate clothing. After doing the event at Zion, I had a chance to practice night photography again at Arches a few days later - was glad I knew what to do. My camera isn't the latest & greatest (Nikon D5100), but it worked well enough. If you have an older camera, I'd recommend you go ahead and rent one of his. While it won't take away from the experience, you will get better photos. Thanks Seth! An experience that won't soon be forgotten."
