"Condescending and arrogant assistance for ski rental. Was clear that associate was in a hurry and not taking concern over ill fitting boot seriously. As a relatively inexperienced skier I was foolish to trust the “expert” which advised that the pain felt at fitting was purely a function of my clothing. Took no time to even double check fitting, just rushed to another customer. Returned equipment 2 days early and only refunded me one day. When I asked why got no clear answer. Never again."

"This store is excellent. I went to get a new pair of ski boots and the guys there were helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. They actually had some 115 flex women’s boots in stock and in my size. So if you’re a female looking for some stiffer boots, Cole Sports is probably your best bet at finding them in Park City. I had been to several shops before this with no success. They also had a great selection of other boot flexes for those who want a more typical women’s flex. Overall, it was a great experience. The store has a large selection of high end gear, so you’re bound to be happy with the quality and service when you shop at this locally owned store."

"Bought a pair of expensive and newly released boots here. They broke after about 14 days of skiing, but out of warranty. Management took great care of me. Yes, most of the clothing in there costs more than a pair of skis, and you will find yourself amongst the upper crust of society, but they do care about skiing, their products, and a solid boot fit."
