"Really disappointed, went there on a Saturday around 3:00 (website says open until 6:00) and it was closed??? It’s extremely frustrating when you’re counting on getting your rentals and the website says it’s open and it’s closed."
"Great experience and super fun day with the Polaris in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. Drew throws in a comedy show for free with his safety talk. Definitely recommend Midway Adventure Co."
"Family had a great experience. We rented 3 UTVs for a four hour adventure. The vehicles are top of the line and very well-maintained. The owner is very accommodating and gives a thorough overview of the vehicles + route making everyone in our family feel comfortable about the self-guided adventure. Please note that it is important to come 30 minutes prior to your reservation to sign paperwork and get the overview. Arriving late could delay not only your group, but also those reservations behind you. I've rented multiple times over the past couple years and highly recommend."
"The trip itself was great! The trail was incredible! Amazing views and fun terrain! The vehicles were nice and came equipped with GPS and coolers full of ice. Unfortunately our post trip experience was frustrating and disappointing. I tipped over one of the UTVs a little past the halfway point of the trail. When I returned the vehicle, Casey (I think it was his name) was very nice and made sure none of us were hurt. Then, the owner arrived to inspect the vehicle. I felt attacked when the owner said, “You don’t listen real well do you?” and then again when he said, “I knew when you left you were going to bring them back damaged. They asked that I sign the post inspection form and write down my insurance claim number before we left. I did so, but as we were about to leave, the owner told us we couldn’t leave until we paid him $6,000. I tried to empathize and understand the owner’s situation. We stayed for nearly three hours trying to assure the owner that we would be financially responsible. I felt hesitant to pay $6,000 out of pocket because the owner used paperwork of damages from a different UTV. I was concerned about reclaiming any overcharge if by chance my costs were less. I felt unheard when the owner refused my negotiations for a good faith or goodwill payment. I felt uncomfortable when the owner raised his voice and used swear words to communicate. I felt threatened when the owner told us he was in litigation with other customers and said he could do the same thing to us with his lawyer who charges more than $2,000 an hour. I also felt threatened when the owner told us the park ranger, who was coming to report the case, was a good friend of his. I felt frustrated because I wanted to use my insurance. In the end, my insurance covered the costs despite the owner telling us multiple times that day, and weeks after, that insurance won’t cover the costs. He also tried charging my friend’s credit card $6,000 after we left. My friends and I were disappointed in the way we were treated after the accident. I believe my friends and I were calm and level headed throughout the process. We hope the owner can use this experience to improve the post-accident process and clearly communicate what the business expects for insurance coverage and immediate payment."
"We rented an atv and 2 razors on a 2 hour trek up the mountains. Trails were marked on a map given to us and explained well by Drew. He also took time to go through the vehicles. The trip was beautiful, wet, and muddy, in all the best ways. Highly recommend, although make sure you call ahead and reserve!"
