"I stepped up to pay for the boots I wanted. The box had a price of $94.99. The girls charged me$99.99. I asked her about it and she told me there's nothing she can do. That the boots had a price change. She wasn't very nice about it. I thought that she should give them to me at what the box said. But no. I won't be going g back there."

"They must be between shipments today because there wasn't much selection for kids shoes. The prices for the shoes that were there were quite high. My daughter's going to grow out of these shoes in no time yet they still cost me $55? I made a horrible mistake today. I tried to go to famous footwear the last Saturday before school starts. Bad idea! It was shoulder to shoulder and the shoes were a mess. This is by no means the employees fault but the customers. They didn't care to put the shoes back where they got them but left them in all sorts of places including just on the floor. I don't recommend ever going to famous footwear anywhere on the last Saturday before school starts."

"Associate 283904 was so helpful on 10/03/21 that I could easily have a pair shoes I needed in a bigger sized mailed to me. I made the purchase and have gone on with my last two weeks. I realized today, 10/20/21 that I still had. It received the shoes. Online it shows no information on the tracking information but on my account it shows I got the shoes in store. I called today at 10:43 am and spoke with Dani, she asked for my phone number, name and address. She then said she would get back to me “in a few minutes” after she figured out what she needed to do. I thanked her, we said good bye. It is now 2:35 in the afternoon and I have not heard back, I called the store and she laughed as the phone was given to her saying “I just thought you hung up earlier”… let’s just say I somehow misunderstood her goodbye and did hang up, why did she try calling back? She then got defensive and started talking over me. I asked did her supervisor, she said she was the manager and there was no way for me to contact her supervisor. Safe to say that Wendell with Customer service was phenomenal and figured out exactly what happened and resolved it all. Camie, district manager, I just really hope you read this and truly get a feel for the terrible customer service I received today."

"Men selection was poor. Their prices are okay you end up saving from 5 to 10 dllrs from retail price. And they had some buy one get second half of sort of deal. Not for me their shoe selection is to conventional/ small"
