"I recently traveled to Park City from Dallas, TX for a ski trip. I knew I had a herniated disc in my back when I went but the plane trip really caused a flare up. I found Dr. Lester through a google search, and he turned out to be awesome!! He listened intently to what I knew of my diagnosis and the treatments I had already had. Through massage and acupuncture, I left his office pain free!! He recommended some stretching exercises, herbal tea, ice / heat therapy and all of it worked wonderfully. I even returned for a second visit before the week was up just to prepare for the plane ride home. I didn't ski, but was able to enjoy the trip, dining and wandering on Main Street with friends. I am an RN and work with a wonderful group of orthopedic surgeons in Dallas. I did have surgery the week after I returned home. Dr. Lester knew that was my plan and I had his blessing, but I would not have been able to enjoy my time in Park City without his help and expertise. I hope to keep in touch as I feel he was extremely professional, and I admired his expertise in his field of medicine and attention to my care. My good friend accompanied me to one of my appointments, and he was caring enough to talk with her about her diabetes and diet while we were there. That is a great man! I would highly recommend him. "No one expects to get hurt on vacation and it's daunting when you don't have any references to go by when trying to get relief. So I got on the internet and looked for someone close by my hotel that "seemed" to have a good reputation with Google reviews. Unfortunately, not enough people take the time to let the world know about a good or great experience! Dr Lester, had a few reviews, not really any more or less than anyone else, but he conveniently had an opening and his reviews were good. What a pleasant surprise! He took the time to get to know my history, took his time examining, not only the site of my pain, but all areas surrounding it. He explained a couple possible methods of relief and allowed me to choose which ones I was more comfortable with. He didn't rush the process at all and made me feel very comfortable with everything he was doing. He's extremely professional and thorough, even giving me suggestions for medicinal relief and stretches to help relieve the pain AND strengthen the area to prevent further injury! GO SEE HIM IF YOU WANT TO FEEL BETTER! Next time I am in town, I will go see him even if I am not in pain. I will go simply for a wellness visit!"
