I can't remember their names, but it was two female employees their names rhymed with Burt and Ernie (i think). If their manager sees this, your store deserves cookies from Ruby Snap!"

"The ginger female who is an employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, pushy, and sarcastic, which it made me feel uncomfortable. This girl asked a me a rude and an intrusive question, in which I gave a normal response back and she scoffed at me and mumbled under her breath? All while I was at the counter purchasing shoes!! I was with a few of people and they were all surprised by the way she behaved. I’m not one to write reviews but being rude to a customer? Neverless as they’re purchasing? She needs to learn basic customer service skills."

"Emerson the female that helped me is super chill and had plenty of patience with me while picking out a gift. As a matter of fact, I came in the morning when she was their and bomb barded her with a million questions and left without buying anything (I’m a very indecisive person), and came back to buy their because I appreciated her customer service and advice. The Lil 16 year old stud in their is a cool kid too I appreciate his hard work and the way he holds himself. Thank you for your your great customer service!!!"
