"The in store experience was great. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, organized, and well stocked store. However, this is now the second pair of vans I've bought that fell apart VERY fast. I have older pairs I wear way more often and are years old that look way better than this 7 month old pair I've been wearing very casually. This latest pair had a hole in the toe in less than 2 months. Side walls started separating from the soles in 3 months. Now the soles have come almost entirely detached. Vans says because the purchase is six months old they wont do anything, even though they were falling apart long before that. Poor quality and no responsibility are a really bad look. Friendly store employees, unfortunately, don't cover that big gap. I won't be making the mistake of spending my money on diminished quality Vans again. I'll be adding photos later today."

"When it comes to customer service there is lots for this place to improve on. At least they greet you at the door. This place is clean and well kept. There is no display of wanting to sell a product from the sales associates. Prices are on the high end. Try getting better deals and better customer service else where. Unless you can't find what you are looking for else where, this could be the last alternative. Not recommending this place nor will i be a returning customer."

"I was very impressed with this store. I came in last Saturday right before closing time. I wanted a particular shoe that was lightweight but wasn't sure on the color. The store associates were very helping in getting me exactly what I needed, by letting me try on various different shoes. Even though they didn't have the shoe I initially wanted, they still called around to make sure they could find the shoe for me. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. In my opinion they went above and beyond, so I will definitely be back. Great store and great service!"
