"My husband saw him over a month ago and scheduled a surgery with him. His schedulers just put it as another consultation. They also hung up on me and wouldn’t answer afterward on the day of the appointment. Never received any kind of reminder notification. Set our whole day aside just for the surgery that he’s been in pain waiting for just to be told he can’t do it today. Absolutely ridiculous."
