"Orion was incredibly professional and, even though I thought the problem was resolved before our first meeting he spent nearly an hour with me to make sure things were actually taken care of. In doing this he did an incredible job of explaining what he was doing, the anatomy he was targeting and why what he was doing was going to help. Ultimately he was able to see there still was at least some minor swelling that I had missed and gave me a series of exercises to target the issue and help out. Further, he was very careful when I would ask him questions that were likely more suited to a doctor, and made sure to not practice outside of his expertise.
