"My husband and I are looking for a marriage counselor. We reached out to schedule a 15 minute phone consultation. We made the appointment and were told the therapist would call us. The appointment date and time came and went with no call. Understanding that things happen and even willing to allow for time zone confusion (the therapist we wanted is in Vegas) we called the office and rescheduled. Our appointment has once again come and gone with no call from the therapist. I don't know where the disconnect is, whether the office isn't communicating to the therapist, the therapist isn't minding her calendar, or what, but this is bad business. We'll have to look elsewhere. **UPDATE** the administrative team saw my review and reached out the same morning. They apologized for the missed appointments and the inconvenience. They rescheduled and made it right. We did connect with the therapist this morning and had a good consultation. We appreciate the team's efforts to right the wrong."
