The travel agent we were working with encouraged us to make monthly payments toward our vacation using Venmo and PayPal in order to reduce credit card fees and save the agency money. Recently we were informed by the travel agency our agent had been fired. We also learned none of the money we paid went toward our vacation. She had taken it all. The agency then let us know our trip had been canceled. When I asked the agency if they planned to offer refunds, I was told my best course of action was to file a claim with Venmo. I would use caution doing business with this company. They are not organized and their agents work without supervision. They are essentially individual contractors. Traverse will not take responsibility if one of their employees goes rogue. I am a single mom who sacrificed a lot to make this vacation happen. Now, I am no longer taking a vacation I desperately needed and I am out $1500.00. Book at your own risk."

"Dani has helped me and my family travel to Hawaii and Rome, Italy. Both trips went very well. Dani and the Traverse staff have always been responsive and helpful. Most recently when we were flying to Rome we had to reschedule because we were on a connecting flight at CDG-Paris and we got a notification that the strike activities would delay flight transfers by three hours. She took the time on a Saturday morning to contact the airline and find us a connecting flight in Boston instead. I fully recommend booking with Traverse whether you are booking for two or for a large group. I will book another vacation with them soon."

She set up the whole trip and when we had a panic about the required Covid testing to get home she went above and beyond to get us the info we needed!
