"Reasons for 1 star: Don’t answers phones, constantly have to leave messages and it takes days for someone to call back Not flexible in their policies Quick response on issues with bill, but not for other issues Charged 5 months later for a cancellation fee after stopping services (more details below) Besides terrible office staff and processes the therapy our son received was great. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding an outstanding balance on my account, specifically the cancellation fee that was unexpectedly added to my invoice dated 9/8. On 4/5, I had informed your office about our absence due to spring break, ensuring that communication was established before the scheduled appointment. It is disconcerting that, despite this prior notification, a cancellation fee surfaced five months later. Such a delay raises questions about the transparency and fairness of your business practices. I acknowledge the financial responsibility agreement I signed, but it is important to emphasize that this fee appeared well after our services had concluded in April 2023. The lack of timely communication and the sudden addition of charges cast doubt on the integrity of the billing process. Moreover, the difficulties I have encountered in reaching someone directly to address this matter, coupled with unanswered messages, contribute to the overall frustration in resolving this issue amicably. I urge you to reconsider this cancellation fee, given the circumstances surrounding our notification and the extended period between the service termination and the fee imposition. I am willing to settle the remaining balance promptly upon the resolution of this matter. Failure to address this concern promptly will regrettably leave me with no option but to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I trust that your commitment to fair and ethical business practices will prevail in this situation."

"Hands down, the best place to take your child. We looked at 5 other options prior to finding this place. All 5 of the other therapy & pre-school businesses don’t even come close to W.C.T.! My kiddo has made SIGNIFICANT life skill gains here. He is learning, growing & expanding @ a much quicker pace thanks to you. Thanks W.T.C for helping my son continue to gain momentum on become the best version of him self. "We've been with Whole Child Therapy for 4 years, since they were a tiny two person office. In those four years our children have received speech and OT services, as well as attended the social group, and I have attended the parent group. We've seen incredible progress in our children in all areas during this time. All of their therapists have been so caring, skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. Some have become our dear friends. We were with WCT during the insurance and billing issues. While it took a while to fix, and was frustrating, Alycen and her team worked with us continuously to make sure everything was taken care of. Their biggest concern was that our children receive consistent care. We've also seen how Alycen and her team work hard to vet out therapists to find the right ones for our kids. We've appreciated how they've listened to what our kids need to learn best, and how they've guided us to better meet their sensory needs at home. We love WCT and highly recommend their services!"
