When we had some unexpected snags come up she was right there to help us work them out even though she was trying to get away on her own vacation, letting us know we could contact her any time and even called to check up on us while she was on her trip! We ended up needing to change our flights coming home and she was right on it. We didn’t have to worry about it at all!
