"Had an appointment for 10am and didn’t get into a room until 11am. They over schedule appointments. We were waiting with around 7 people for the same time slot and we were the last to come back and get a room. Still sitting waiting for a Dr. I really can’t stand offices that over schedule to get the max insurance pay outs. It’s not like I have a job or anything that I need to get back to. If we don’t get back until an hour after our scheduled time why not just set the appointment for an hour later? Oh that’s right you over scheduled that time too. Finally met with Dr Schramm who is very surgical happy which is interesting where there is a surgical center next door. Told us there isn’t any testing necessary to remove tonsils and adenoids, just 3 months of symptoms. I find this crazy as my child is very young and it is my responsibility as her parent to protect her and make these decisions on her behalf. Very irresponsible to just jump to surgery. I now feel like I need another opinion and I’m not sure where to go from here. Thanks for nothing but lost time and anxiety."

"I never leave reviews but my experience with Peak was awesome! I was dealing with multiple tonsil stones every. Single. Day. 2 other ent offices turned me away. I finally came to peak and saw Dr Anderson and we went ahead with getting a tonsillectomy and so far it’s been so worth it! Dr. Anderson was even ahead of schedule the day of surgery, super friendly in the OR before we got started, and I’ve healed wonderfully! (considering is not an easy recovery) best ENT experience I’ve had. Definitely recommend going here."

"I wasted 2 years of my life and 2 full deductibles going to another ENT where I was repeatedly told the pain was in my head and we had done everything we could possibly do, I was even told surgery was my only option and when I tried to schedule surgery I was told I had to come in for another appointment first and at that appointment was told that surgery wouldn’t fix it. I FINALLY made the switch to Peak and I am SO glad I did!! I initially saw another doctor who admitted he wasn’t entirely experienced with my problem, but wanted to refer me to another doctor in the office who he knew had the experience I would want. I greatly appreciated his honesty after having gone through so much at my other office and that is how I came to be a patient of Dr Riddle. Our very first visit he sat and actually looked at me and listened to me and everything I was experiencing and had to say, he had my chart and had looked it over and knew my main concern but still wanted to hear me tell my tale and within 30 minutes he had done a full assessment complete with CT and had told me of 4 things needing to be done to my nose and how each of them would work together to correct the very painful problem I’ve been dealing with for so long now. I cannot even tell you how great it felt just to have him look me in the eye while I was explaining what brought me to that appointment. I’ve since had the surgery and am currently recovering and just really appreciate the level of care I’ve gotten here. My only complaint ever has been the wait time, I have yet to get into an appointment on time, HOWEVER, being on the flip side of that I also have never felt like I’m being rushed through the office in an attempt to catch up. They take their time with me each time whatever I’m there for and I can appreciate that the same care is being extended to the other patients as well. The staff is all awesome, everyone has been friendly and kind from the front desk to the poor girl that offered to help clean me up after a messy post op visit. I can’t speak for all of the doctors there, but I would definitely recommend Dr Riddle to anyone looking for a great ENT!!"

"We saw Dr. Adam today and nothing really great to say about him except his nurses were great. He dismissed all of my sons symptoms and then suggested to do a CAT scan on his sinuses but didn't think that's what's even wrong. Also there is not one symptom of anything wrong with his sinuses. He told me to go back to his primary care Dr. which is who suggested to go to him. Im at a loss. Save your money and time."
