"Every time I come in I can't find anything I want. But today was horrible. I came in to look for a jersey and to purchase a jersey, the employee kid only greeted and stayed talking to the girl who works at foot locker. While the other 2 associates were on the counter and laughing not helping at all either. I asked if they can bring the only 2 jerseys they had down and all he told me was the sizes and WAS TO LAZY TO BRING THEM DOWN. I can't see from up there if it fits my child as sizes run different. This is a reason I don't come look at the store anymore."

"Horrible customer service, And apparently when they got a new manager their policies all changed. I have been in 4 times to try to exchange a hoodie that tore after being worn one time. After calling the store initially to make sure I could exchange the item without a receipt and being told by the (at that time) manager that it would be fine, I have been into the store 3 times trying to do the exchange, only to be told by the employee working that they did not know how to do it and I would have to come back again when someone else was there that knew how to do it. Today I went in, the cashier working was rude, contacted her manager and her manager said they could do nothing for me since it had been more than 30 days and I didn't have a receipt. She also told me it was a different manager than the one I had initially spoken with after the hoodie ripped and that manager was no longer with the company so anything they said held no value. If all employees were all properly trained, I would have been able to exchange it the first time I went in. Lost a long standing customer that spends a lot of money in there I each year. Guess I will be finding a better sports store to support."
