"Went for almost a year, always a pain to get my prescription. I was always at LEAST a week late getting it. This last time, I was a month over due. Texted once a week to get an update and nothing was ever done. I called my insurance, and pharmacy for them. They both led to the same conclusion. Your provider needs to send over another authorization. They said they have reached out multiple times and can never get a hold of anyone at the office. I let them know the pharmacy was going to get a hold of them to try and get this sorted and all I got back was “For what”.. They then told me that the pharmacy needed to send over documents through a portal like it was my job to be the provider. If I could write my own prescription, I would. That’s not how it works unfortunately. So I paid $210 for a prescription that I won’t get and am behind a month and a half. My fault though as I couldn’t write my own authorization. Always snarky responds for every question. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have since found someone cheaper and more professional without insurance. Do your research people."
