"We took the short trail with the kiddos for the holidays and they loved it! The horses are so friendly and the guides are great. This is an excellent family activity that all ages can enjoy. The trail is out in the open with trees and afterwards you can reward your horse with a treat! Will be back as their pricing is very reasonable compared to other horse riding experiences. Definitely worth the visit!"

"Fantastic experience at Rising K! I stumbled upon this ranch when looking for someone who would accommodate and allow horseback riding for my husband, who is 6ft/240lbs. I had an initial phone call months prior, asking about allowing, and they were more than willing. I hadn’t seen any other ranches even open to considering a rider over 6ft/200lbs. I ended up booking the half day trail ride, which I thought was quite affordable for what we got. Our wrangler was Liv, very sweet and experienced rider! My husband rode Reba and I rode Loretta. Both were sweet, gentle horses.We had a FULL 3 hour ride (plus 15-20min) and she adjusted our ride as we went based on our comfort level. She gave us instruction along the way to make it safe and fun. We were so sore the next day but it was worth every minute. The views were gorgeous too! Quiet, away from Zion crowds, but perfect location to grab dinner and drinks immediately after in Cedar City. Definitely a highlight of our 2 week “out west” honeymoon! We shared our experience with our local Air BnB host too, The Grand Ranch. Next time we are in Cedar City we will absolutely plan another ride at Rising K! Thank you so much for the memories!!!!"
"Wow what an amazing experience! We went for a sunset ride at Rising K Ranch tonight. Karyn was an amazing guide, she was very sweet and knowledgeable about our horses. I rode Big Un who was a super sweet gentile girl, all in all a beautiful night especially having basically never ridden a horse before. Will absolutely be back again!"
"We had a great experience! Our wrangler was very friendly, she made us feel like we were friends on a ride and not just a paycheck, the terrain was beautiful and away from the general tourism areas so we could really appreciate the 1.5 hour ride. The rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend the Rising K Ranch."
