"Terrible customer service! I purchased the wrong size and went back to exchange the jeans I paid almost $100 for and they didn’t have the correct size. They offered to order the correct ones and two weeks later still didn’t order the right jeans. I was aware of the no refund policy, so we were stuck either waiting an additional 2 weeks for jeans again or forced to take the wrong jeans. We will never shop here again."
