"Dr Arrington is the most welcoming doctor I’ve ever met. His nurses were super nice and made me feel very comfortable. These situations are always so awkward and it’s wonderful to be met with understanding and patience. Affordable and able to complete the procedure they needed within the hour. No ridiculous waiting either. He helped me find a birth control that has everything I need and is perfect for me! I wish I could leave more stars."
"I wanted to give an account of my experience with Dr. Jeff Arrington-EndoSurgeon and his remarkable team at Endowest in Riverton UT, specifically his nurse Brittany. I am 3 weeks post-surgery with Dr. Arrington, where he performed a complete hysterectomy and oophorectomy, endometriosis (stage 4) excision to my diaphragm, bilateral cul de sacs and bowel. From my initial consult with him, I knew he was my surgeon. I had consulted with 3 other Nook surgeons, all very qualified in their fields and easy to talk to. However, I didn't feel the sense of assurance and confidence that Dr. Arrington and his knowledge of this disease and its processes provided with the other doctors. Not only had he reviewed my past medical information and surgical images but found signs of the disease in areas that were not brought to my attention by the previous surgeons. (2 previous laparoscopic surgeries- on with an OBGYN that knew very little but still operated, and another with a fertility specialist.) He also ordered pre-surgical scans, including a abdominal and pelvic CT scan, MRI and colonoscopy, where a pre-cancerous polyp was removed. The other providers were willing to perform surgery without doing any work up prior to. I met Dr. Arrington in person the day before my surgery, where he performed an in-depth physical exam and ultrasound for surgical planning. He was thorough, thoughtful, and empathetic. Afterwards, he discussed all options for surgery, including pros and cons of the oophorectomy and removal of the cervix. He stayed very neutral, but factual. Allowing my husband and I to decide a route that we felt would be best for me and my health going forward. Due to the severity of the disease, PCOS and being blessed with our two miracle babies, we proceeded with a radical hysterectomy and excision of the disease. Dr. Arrington is very hands on with his patients. He cares very deeply for all of us, and our specific needs. His bedside manner and ability to make a surgical experience as anxiety free as possible is a rare gift. Not only do you get gold standard care with him, but his staff is one of a kind as well. Brittany, his nurse, has been so helpful with post operative symptoms. She is within a text away, giving advice and peace of mind- truly priceless during this experience. I know that surgeons at this level can be an investment and coming up with the finances for a surgery can be very difficult. However, your health and happiness are something that should be invested in. I believe my experience with Dr. Arrington was worth every penny and more. I hope this helps others that are looking for a surgeon that hits all the marks."
"I just had my Endo excision surgery with Dr. Arrington a few days ago and I'm so impressed and grateful for Dr. Arrington and his team. The kindness and support I've received is unmatched by any other doctor and his nurses. They called and checked on me after my surgery and were very informative from start to finish. I'm so happy with the care I've received. I highly recommend Dr. Arrington/EndoWest for any endometriosis concerns you may have, he is the best!"
"EndoWest and Dr. Arrington are phenomenal. First, anyone who has endometriosis knows the struggle of finding quality and adequate care. I can attest that Dr. Arrington and his team have the training and experience for those suffering with endo! Dr. Arrington took extra time to answer my concerns and questions during my consultation, and I left with multiple options of how I could choose to manage my endometriosis, which I greatly appreciated. I took time to do my research and he had the expertise I wanted and needed. My recommendation is to do your research, if you do you will understand why Dr. Arrington’s approach is currently the gold standard of care and diagnosis. I was originally seeing a doctor in this specialty in Arizona, since that was the closest, so EndoWest coming to Utah has been a miracle. I decided to have surgery with Dr. Arrington and was grateful for the care from him and his team during my surgery and pre/post-op. I highly recommend them if you go that route."
"While Dr.A just opened his practice Utah. He practiced for years in Atlanta. He has been treating my daughter for 4 years now and has done amazing things for her. He is very compassionate with his patients. We were within driving distance to him when he was Atlanta. However even with him now being on the other side of the country from us we will continue to see him for care. As far as the review questioning how long he's been in practice.....while his practice in Utah is new, he has been treating endo for years. Also my daughter did not have a problem getting a follow-up appointment with him. She emailed just last week requesting an appointment and had her appointment yesterday. So within a week. It was not an emergency, yet she was still seen in a timely manner. I just don't like to see reviews on a doctor who from experience I know to be brilliant in his treatment of endometriosis."
