"Yesterday I called to have a family members prescription sent to the pharmacy, the man I spoke to on the phone reassured me he had sent it in, I confirmed it with him twice on the phone the correct medication. Went to pick up to realize he never sent it in, he told me sometimes it just takes a long time..I waited almost half a day. I had to call the nurse and she said nothing was ever sent in. I wish they would put more care into others needs, I can only imagine how much others who might have a worse condition than my own family would have suffered under such neglect of duty. Not to mention the staff there, (specifically Nurse practitioner Nelson), did not put any care into really wanting to solve the issue of concern mentioned during the visit, he seemed dismissive and relied solely on his ego and pride to function. Terrible way to operate in a field to help others. My only hope is no one else gets the same treatment from this clinic as my family has experienced."
"I was disappointed with the significant wait that I needed to endure to receive care. When asked why such a long wait occurred, I received excuses belonging to a second-class hospital. Their service sometimes doesn't match their installations. First-class facilities, service not so. I received three stitches on the palm of my left hand. The numbing was done incorrectly. It didn't completely work. I felt the three stitches going in. The person offered to place more numbing solutions. The numbing procedure was painful enough that I didn't want to take the chance of going through the pain again for nothing. I was anxious for him to be done. I was ready to leave. I believe their personnel are striving to do their best. Maybe they are in a hurry because their location is understaffed, or they need better training . . . or better pay. They have been dragging a "quality of service" problem for years now. The community is aware of that. We are getting used to it little by little."
"Dr. Judd was very patient and willing to answer all my questions to help me figure out what my issue was and what the best next step would be! However, when I was in there a few weeks ago with my husband, the doctor walked in believing my husband’s bad migraine symptoms were the flu and wouldn’t listen to me telling him it was a worse migraine than he usually has. I was very concerned and that doctor offered neither help nor comfort in knowing what to do."
"Unhappy with my experience while I was treated for an ear infection, the overall process wasn’t very professional. The doctor didn’t check my breathing/lungs when signs of strep, flu, and Covid were prevalent. I also wasn’t tested for anything. I was diagnosed with an ear infection in my right and was prescribed antibiotics. It has been 3 days and I still do not feel better. I felt my health evaluation was poor and not thorough."
"Hi I came down to the Sam Club to have my hearing check out. He advised me that need my ear clean out. He told I should go visit instacare, So I stop in they was helpful get me check in and so caring. I'm sure they treat very one the same way. After get my eyes clean out! I was able to finish my hear test which turn out to best hearing test every done! I want to give the staff shoot out well done and thank u for great visit...."
